If you're playing air guitar stop it, not that Iron Maiden! This Iron Maiden was a story of a love triangle. Man, Woman, Vintage Fowler Showman's engine. (This story is probably familiar to many) Described as "a Titfield Thunderbolt for road steam enthusiasts" it is a story that goes back to the early days of road steam preservation. Released in 1962, the star of the show was John Fowler 15657 of 1920 Kitchener. The engine has carried the Iron Maiden name ever since and can still be seen at traction engine rallys
